We all know there are lots of great things about libraries, and it turns out that people all over Wales have been taking advantage of what they have to offer!
Here are six stats, that have been published by CIPFA, about people who have used libraries between 2011 and 2016:

- Over 10 million books have been borrowed from public libraries in Wales
- 46% of people in Wales use their library
- Over 3.7 million enquires answered by Welsh public library staff
- 51% of young people aged 15-24 in Wales use their library
- 13,428,276 visits were made to Welsh public libraries, which is the equivalent of filling the Principality Stadium over 180 times
- Welsh people used over 1.5 million hours free computer access in public libraries.
