Guest article – Dementia Friendly Wrexham
Join us at National Trust Erddig on Sunday, September 8, 2024 to participate in this year’s Wrexham Walk for Dementia.
The team from Dementia Friendly Wrexham will be there from 10.30am to welcome you to the walk, and will be on hand to offer you information about dementia-friendly services and activities in Wrexham.
Please do come and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful scenery at Erddig – the walk is open to all, so please bring along your family and friends. Dogs are allowed on the walk but must be kept on a lead in certain areas.
