If you’re a landlord or managing agent in the Wrexham area you can keep up to date with any changes or updates that may affect your or your tenants by attending the next meeting of the Landlord’s Forum which will take place at the Catrin Finch Centre, Glyndwr University at 5.30 on Tuesday February 5.

This is a particularly important meeting as there will be updates on the many changes that are already in place and those that are coming up in the next 12 months, these will include:

The Water Industry (Undertakers Wholly or Mainly in Wales) (Information about Non-owner Occupiers) Regulations 2014

Update on Energy Performance and Grant Support

Wrexham Council- Homeless Prevention Strategy

APPLY FOR A SEPTEMBER 2019 NURSERY SCHOOL PLACE

Other relevant agencies will be present during the event and will provide information and answer any questions.

We would ask that anyone wishing to attend please email healthandhousing@wrexham.gov.uk with the Subject: Landlords forum Feb 19 Invitation Request and just provide your name.
