At the end of each financial year, every council in Wales must publish a report about its social services. This is our report.
The aim is to evaluate how well our services have been delivered, and highlight any improvements needed.
It’s also a chance to explain how we’re going to help people over the coming year – both people who need care and support, and carers who need our help.
We need your help
The way we deliver social services has a huge impact on people’s lives, but the challenges we face are greater than ever. We have fewer resources, but demand is growing.
So this is a really important document and we’d like to know what you think – about the things we’ve done, and the things we say we’re going to do.
We’d also like to know your thoughts on how the report is written. Is it easy to understand?
