Do you get bin reminder email alerts from us? If you don’t, here are a couple of reasons why you might want to consider signing up to receive them.
Cllr Terry Evans, Lead Member for Environment, said: “If you sign up to receive our email alerts you get a handy reminder sent to your inbox the day before your next collection, letting you know which bins and recycling containers to put out. It’s also a great way for us to keep you informed on any disruptions affecting the service.
“The Christmas period will be coming up shortly where some residents will have changes to their usual collection pattern, and we use the reminders to let our subscribers know about these ahead of time. It’s the best way for us to keep you up to date about the service.”
