The grant is available to set up new dementia support  projects, or expand existing projects to meet the needs of people living with dementia in the community.

Eligible projects should support the independence, health and well-being of individuals living with dementia, ideally within their local community.  Where appropriate projects should be sustainable.

When and how to apply?

An application form can be requested from the Commissioning Team at any time during the year, however applications will only be considered by the Grant Panel approx. four times per year.

Dates will be clearly stated on the application form.
