From macrame to mosaic, these hands-on sessions invite the local community to unleash their inner artist, enjoying the wonderful surroundings of the country park.

Seasoned crafters and beginners alike are welcome to get involved in a variety of engaging activities, with the opportunity to learn new skills under expert supervision.

“These workshops are a wonderful opportunity for people to learn new skills, socialise with like-minded individuals, and unwind in the picturesque surroundings of Alyn Waters Country Park” said Katy Turner, Café and Conference Manager.

Our workshops provide the perfect platform to explore new techniques, connect with fellow crafters, and indulge in the joy of making. Whether you’re passionate about mosaic, macrame, or paper crafting, you’ll find inspiration aplenty in our upcoming workshops.

11th May – Iris Paper Folding Workshop

15th June – Mosaic Butterfly Workshop

22nd June – Macrame Workshop

7th September – Wire Art Workshop

26th October – Cupcake Decorating Workshop

Whether attending solo, with friends, or as a family outing, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Each workshop session will be led by experienced instructors, ensuring attendees receive personalised guidance and support every step of the way.

All equipment and materials will be provided, and price includes a choice of hot drink and delicious cake from onsite Caffi Cyfle. All profits will go towards Groundwork North Wales charitable aims in the community.

For more information or to book onto a workshop, please email info@groundworknorthwales.org.uk
