It’s Playday!

We may not be able to get together in the town centre to celebrate Playday this year, but we are still celebrating!

So, today, we’ll be doing a virtual Playday with the theme ‘Everyday Adventures’.

No matter how mild your symptoms are, you should get a test for Coronavirus

The Wrexham Play and Youth support Team have been working with their partners to bring you a virtual Playday.  This will make it easy for you to join us from your own homes. Keeping with the style of Playday we don’t require you to spend any money and you can play along with the things you find in your own homes.

We have loads of great films to share with you all including stories, rhymes, crafts ideas and outdoor fun! There is certainly something for everyone.

Wrexham will also be supporting Play Wales as it makes a noise for Children’s Play at 2pm today, so grab your pots and pans, musical instruments or just clap to show that you value children’s Play!

Keep an eye on our social media accounts throughout the day to view loads of fun films!

And don’t forget, have fun!
