This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and energetic individual to work in our Voids Commissioning Team.
We look after 11,200 houses across Wrexham, and the successful person will play a part in helping us get our empty houses in tip-top shape.

About the job
This role involves preparing detailed surveys and schedules of work for our void properties.
There’s also some post-contract management for properties being refurbished by in-house and external contractors.
Basically, our Building Surveyors make sure that our houses are restored, and meet our standards, in a timely and efficient manner 🙂
