If you’re going to watch Wrexham AFC at The Racecourse this season, remember the park & ride service from Ruthin Road!

The bus service from Ruthin Road will run every 20 minutes to Mold Road for the stadium.

After the match, buses will depart from A541 Central Road while Mold Road is closed, then every 20 minutes opposite the stadium on Mold Road once the road has reopened and fans have left the stadium.

Keep an eye on social media for the start and end time for each match.

Parking at Ruthin Road is free and the Park & Ride fares are £1 for adults, 50p for children and young people, and concessionary passes are accepted.

Councillor David A Bithell, deputy leader of the council and lead member for housing and climate change, said: “Wrexham AFC has an ever-increasing fan base, which is brilliant news for the club and the city but also requires the issues associated with the demand for match day parking to be addressed.

“This coming season, Wrexham Council will continue to work with Arriva North West & Wales to operate a dedicated shuttle bus service to complement the existing match-day parking facility that is available at our Ruthin Road site.

“With this service we aim to reduce traffic congestion and offer convenient match day parking.”
