Our Social Care services are launching a clothing donation campaign this winter following the resounding success of their summer appeal

Winter Coat Appeal

Following the Pre-Loved Uniform Shop this summer, the Wellbeing Hub Team are excited to launch their Winter Coat Appeal.

Over the summer, families received support and together, with the team, saved 411 items from landfill – a fantastic community achievement!

As the colder months approach, we’re asking for your help once again. Please consider donating clean, good quality winter coats for children aged 4 to 16.

Your generosity will help keep local children warm this winter whilst continuing to protect our planet.

Donations can be dropped off at the Wellbeing Hub – every coat makes a difference!

Councillor Rob Walsh, lead member for Children’s and Family Services said, “I’d like to congratulate our Wellbeing Hub Team for their outstanding work over the summer in making such a positive impact with the Pre-Loved Uniform Shop. I have no doubt the Winter Coat Appeal will be just as tremendously successful. We have a wonderful community spirit here in Wrexham, which helps campaigns like this thrive.”
