As part of trading standards week our officers were out delivering leaflets and offering advice to residents on rogue traders, and how to find reputable traders.
A common theme amongst residents was that they found it difficult to find good traders, and two residents said they had been caught out by rogue traders previously.

If residents have a complaint, please contact the Citizens’ Advice Consumer Helpline on 0808 223 1133 or 0808 223 1144 (Cymraeg). Trading Standards Departments receive complaint notifications from Citizens’ Advice, which help us target rogue businesses.
