Twelve months ago, the wellbeing hub in Crown Buildings opened its doors to Wrexham residents, and now it’s time to celebrate…so come down on October 10 and join in the special anniversary event!

Since it opened, people of all ages from across the county borough have visited the wellbeing hub, which focuses on physical health, as well as mental health and wellbeing, in a safe environment.

October 10’s celebration gives you the chance to come and see what is on offer at the hub with stalls and activities on offer throughout the afternoon.

Between 1pm and 5pm there will be information stalls, taster sessions (boccia and chair aerobics), health checks, crafts and lots more.

The Dynamic Singing Sensations Choir will also be there to perform at 430pm.

You don’t need to book anything, you can just turn up; and everything is free!

So, come along and join us on October 10, 1-5pm, to try out some of the things on offer at the wellbeing hub.

If you would like any more information on the activities available on the day, or about what the wellbeing hub can offer you, call 01978 298110.

You can find more information about the Wellbeing Hub on the The Wellbeing Hub webpage.
