Call-out for Traders – your chance to be part of our markets community

As the Wrexham Markets’ refurbishment nears completion, we’re excited to announce an open call for new traders to join our dynamic market community.

Whether you’re an established business or just starting out, Wrexham Markets hopes to be a hub where tradition meets new opportunities. We’re looking for traders who are committed to making a difference, from handmade crafts and artisanal foods to innovative goods and services.

Join us in creating a lively and successful marketplace that supports local businesses, attracts both locals and visitors, and celebrates Wrexham’s heritage.

Cllr Nigel Williams, Lead Member for economy, said, “Now is a fantastic time to take up the opportunity to become one of our growing sector of popular independent traders in the city centre.

“The city centre and surrounding streets are benefiting from millions of pounds of investment to regenerate the area and this is your chance to join us in creating a lively and successful marketplace that supports local businesses, attracts both locals and visitors, and celebrates Wrexham’s heritage.”

Cllr Hugh Jones, Lead member with responsibility for Tŷ Pawb, adds, “Whether you’re an established business or just starting out, Wrexham Markets—which includes the Butchers, General, Tŷ Pawb and outdoor markets, hopes to be a hub where tradition meets new opportunities.

“Tŷ Pawb offers a unique opportunity for traders who offer products and service that compliment the ethos of Tŷ Pawb”

To apply for a stall or make an enquiry, please visit the Wrexham Council website.
