Tŷ Pawb will be the venue for a free event to celebrate Black History Cymru 365 later this month.
The multicultural and multilingual event – titled ‘Celebrate and Elevate’ – will take place on Saturday 21st October, 10am-5pm and will feature food from all over the world, family activities, live performances and film showings.
From 10am-12pm there will be free multicultural & multilingual arts activities for children.
The line-up features a whole host of talented performers from Wrexham and beyond, including Spanish & Poland and Arabic music, Chinese, African and Indian folk dancing, plus DJ’s.
There will also be a stall selling items made by Wrexham’s Portuguese crafts group, Bom Dia Cymru .
Event organiser, Iolanda Banu Viegas said: “I’m very honoured to organise Black History Cymru 365 on behalf of Race Council Cymru for past 10 years, and proud to see it growing each year. We’re very grateful for our partners, sponsors and for the support from all the diverse communities from North Wales. This year will be bigger and better and we’re all very excited to welcome you and your family on 21st October at Tŷ Pawb!”
