Our team over at the Wrexham Wellbeing Hub have been working alongside Warm Spaces in partnership with Outside Lives to bring Our Space to the Wrexham community.

Running every Thursday from January 8 until February 26, from 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm, visitors can come expect a gentle, welcoming place to spend some time in the New Year. There will also be sessions available at the same time on Friday 9 and Friday 16 February.

Our Space at the Wrexham Wellbeing Hub is relaxed, inclusive space where everyone is welcome, just as they are. There is a lot to look forward to, including:

  • Creative activities (join in or don’t – it’s totally up to you).
  • Time to chat and connect with others.
  • Good food.
  • Unlimited tea and coffee.
  • A calm, friendly atmosphere with no expectations.

There is no pressure to take part. Whether you want to try something creative, meet new people or simply sit quietly and unwind, this space is for you. Come as you are, take what you need and be part our community.

You can book your place at any of the dates over on the Our Space event page on the Outside Lives website.
