  • Chicken curry ‘half and half’ – The perfect half-time feast! Throw leftover chicken and veg into your favourite curry base and serve with homemade skin-on chips and rice – the classic Welsh ‘half and half’ combo!
  • Epic cheese toastie – A rugby staple! Level up your toastie with leftover ham, spinach, or sliced tomatoes for a winning snack.
  • A new take on a classic omelette – Potatoes, tomatoes, leftover meat – it all works! You can create a hearty omelette with whatever is left in the fridge.
  • Recovery shake – For the morning after! Blend leftover fruit, milk and even yoghurt for a refreshing energy boost to get back in the game.
