Our housing standards staff are consulting stakeholders about a new Additional Licensing Scheme for Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) as the current Scheme finishes on 31st October 2021.
They are seeking views, comments and suggestions from Additional HMO Licensees, Landlords and Managing Agents, HMO tenants as well as residents adjoining licensed Additional HMOs.
The consultation period will run from Week commencing 10th May 2021 until Sunday 18th July 2021.
