Alley Gate Proposals for Queensway

Following the results of a consultation with residents in Queensway, the Council proposes to make a Public Space Protection Order which will allow alley gates to be installed at the following locations.

• Alley gate 2 footpaths next to 85/86 and 94/95 Bryn Hafod
• Alley gate 1 footpath next to 82 Cefndre.
• Alley gate 1 footpath next to 89 Cefndre.
• Alley gate 1 footpath next to 126 Cefndre
• Alley gate 1 footpath next to 59 Gwenfro to 66 Gwenfro
• Alley gate 1 footpath next to 155 Gwenfro (previously gated in the past)
• Alley gate 1 footpath next to 37/38 Y Wern

Get the latest COVID-19 vaccination information

The gates will not affect the emergency services, statutory undertakers or identified occupiers of properties adjoining the affected areas, as they would be given access to the gate nearest to their property with keys.
