Are you feeling up for a bit of exercise whilst raising money for a good cause? If so, then why not join the 5k and 10k event which will be held at Alyn Waters Country Park on Saturday 30 March from 10am – 1pm.

Runners of all abilities are invited to take part in this inclusive, and scenic multi-terrain event. Expect a runnable route, with a few bumps to provide a challenging and enjoyable outing for all.

All entry fees and fundraising go directly to supporting patient care at Nightingale House Hospice.

Races and minimum age

  • 5km – 11 years and above
  • 10km – 15 years and above
  • Children’s 1km dash (open for registrations on the day only)

Entry includes

  • Chip timed results
  • Finisher’s medal
  • An amazing event atmosphere with entertainment and stalls for post run refreshments!

When do I need to sign up by?

If you want to take part you’ll need to register by 11.55pm on Wednesday 21 March, 2024.
