It sounds like we’re going to have some wet and windy weather over the next few days.

You can report any issues (e.g. storm damage, fallen trees etc) to the council on the following numbers:

  • (24hrs) 01978 298989
  • Housing repairs for council tenants (24hrs) 01978 298993. You can also email wrexhamemergency@deltawellbeing.org.uk for out of hours only.

Please only phone if it’s urgent – for other issues, please help us by reporting issues online.

Any issues with power-outages can be reported by calling 105 (Powercut 105 is a free service that will put you through to your local network operator for help and support).

Any emergencies with sewage overflowing from drains can be reported to Welsh Water on 0800 085 3968.

Remember that if there’s an immediate threat to life during any adverse weather event, you should always call 999.

We are advising everyone to not walk in wooded areas and if visiting our country parks to stay in open areas as flying debris could pose significant risk of injury. You should also avoid walking near fast flowing rivers and streams.

If venturing out Traffic Wales has tips and advice on keeping safe as well as an up to date map logging issues across Wales traffic network.

The UK met office Website and app offers up to date weather forecasts and information on keeping safe during bad weather
