After last year’s successful event, the Armed Forces Christmas Carol Service returns for what promises to be a wonderful festive evening.

This free event will take place on December 13, 7pm at St Giles’ Parish Church and you are all welcome to come along and sing your hearts out.

This year, The Band of the RAF Regiment and the Military Wives Choir from RAF Valley will be performing, and the event is kindly supported by RAF Valley, officers and other ranks and the charities we will be donating to this year are The RAF Association and Scotties Little Soldiers.

Councillor Beverley Parry Jones, Wrexham Council’s Armed Forces Champion, said: “Scotty’s Little Soldiers is an amazing charity that helps children and young people who’ve lost a parent who served in the British armed forces.

“While The RAF Association works to ensure that no member of the RAF community is left without the help that they need.

“We’re so proud to support these charities and hope the people of Wrexham will show their support on December 13 by coming along to the service at St Giles. Everyone is welcome!”
