Our Telcare Team are asking anyone who has been supplied with their equipment but who doesn’t use it anymore to return it so it can be re-used by someone who can make good use of it.

Telecare give out a range of equipment such as Day date clocks, Memrabels which reminds some elderly people when to eat, get dressed or something else and can vastly improved their way of life, whiteboards, key finders, wallet finders, talking microwaves or MemRabels clocks

If you still use your equipment, don’t worry, you can continue to do so and we’d love to hear how you are getting on with and how it has helped you.

To return equipment or to let us know how you are getting on please go to WCBC Greenacres, Rhosddu Road, Wrexham Ll11 2NW or if you can’t deliver it just contact us via email at telecare@wrexham.gov.uk or telephone 01978 298543.
