We know that Christmas can be a time for remembering those no longer with us, and many visitors to our cemeteries will often take the time to pay their respects over the Christmas period.

Wrexham Cemetery

Wrexham Cemetery will be open every day – including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day – from 10am until 4pm.

Please note that gates are closed at 3.45pm to allow attendants the time to make sure all visitors have left.

Pentrebychan Crematorium

Our offices at Pentrebychan Crematorium will be closed in line with other council offices over the Christmas and New Year period, but the grounds and the Book of Remembrance will be open every day at the same time as Wrexham Cemetery – 10am to 4pm.

Plas Acton Cemetery

Plas Acton Cemetery is left open throughout all hours, and may be accessed by visitors any time.
