Visitors to Wrexham city centre have been noticing lots of bikes that have been decorated to mark our entry into the Britain in Bloom competition and the Tour of Britain Women race that was here earlier in the year.
We’ve now turned them into a trail competition for the under 16s!
Find as many bikes as you can
All you have to do is pick up an entry form from the Visitor Information Centre, find as many bikes as you can, mark them on the entry form and then write their details on the back and return to the Visitor Information Centre.
All entries will be put into a draw and five winners will be randomly picked and notified on the 16 September.
And you don’t have to worry if you don’t find all the bikes – as long as you’ve identified a few on the map your entry will still go into the draw!
The prizes have kindly been donated by Tesco.
Closing date for entries is 9 September
All the bikes along the trail have kindly been donated to us from Pedal Power (managed by Groundwork Wales) at Alyn Waters Country Park.
Cllr Nigel Williams, Lead Member for Economy, said, “The colourful bikes have been a firm favourite in the city centre throughout the summer and to turn them into a trail for young people is a very fitting end to what has been a very successful and busy time in the city centre.
“I’d like to take this opportunity to everyone involved with the bike trail, Britain in Bloom and the Tour of Britain Women 24 events.”
