Leader of Wrexham County Borough Council and Lead Member for Finance and Performance Cllr Mark Pritchard said: “The lease on our Lord Street location was due to finish towards the end of this month and a new location was sought. After spending a few weeks based at the Guildhall to ensure a continuation of service, the final location will be based at Wrexham library.
The library location is in close proximity to the Guildhall car park, making the service more accessible to people with mobility issues, as well as being free parking to blue badge holders.
Investing in, and having our Contact Wrexham service at the library will mean that we will be able to improve our overall face to face services to the community, making it the ideal location for the services permanent new home.
