Cllr Phil Wynn, Lead Member for Education, said: “Pupils receiving their results today should be very proud of their achievements. “I would like to extend my thanks to our dedicated teaching staff, parents and guardians who have supported the pupils over many years to reach today’s milestone. Thank you and well done.”

Renew your green bin for 2022/23 now – collections begin from September!

Karen Evans, Wrexham’s Head of Education said: “Congratulations to Wrexham sixth form students as they celebrate their A level and Welsh Baccalaureate results. “Whether moving on to further education, training or employment, on behalf of Wrexham Council I would like to wish you all the best of luck in your future education and career paths.”

GwE the North Wales regional school improvement service working alongside and on behalf of the North Wales local authorities said: “The 6 North Wales Local Authorities and GwE would like to congratulate all Year 12 and 13 learners on their achievements this year.

“We would like to wish all young people the very best for the future and acknowledge the support they have received from their schools, families and local authorities through the challenges of the last few years which have been unprecedented.”
