We’re looking to appoint a number of Housing Associations, Private Landlords, Letting Agents or other reputable organisations to meet a range of emergency and temporary housing needs.
The accommodation will be needed for a range of people from single households up to larger family housing.
“What happens next?”
We’ll now undertake a tender exercise to appoint successful accommodation providers on to an approved list controlled by a Dynamic Purchasing System. The System will then be used as a basis for securing any future accommodation requirements that we may have.
