We’re inviting business professionals across Wrexham to take part in an inspiring one-day conference next month.

After last year’s success, Elevate Your Business in Wrexham is back, with the conference being held at Bangor-on-Dee Racecourse on Friday, September 19 from 9:30am until 5pm.

The event is being organised by Wrexham Council, with support from the UK Government’s Shared Prosperity Fund.

Councillor Nigel Williams, Wrexham Council’s Lead Member for Economy, Business and Tourism, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity to come together with other local businesses to network and share ideas, and it’s all part of our work to create the conditions for local business growth.

“Just like last year, we’ll have a fantastic line-up of speakers, including global thought-leaders and industry experts, as well as local trailblazers who are taking the business world by storm.

“Places are limited, so sign-up now and make sure you’re part of this inspiring business event.”

Speakers at this year’s conference include Martin McCourt, former CEO of Dyson, and Linda Moir, who managed event services at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

You’ll also hear about big projects like the Flintshire and Wrexham Investment Zone, the Wrexham Gateway regeneration programme and the City of Culture 2029 bid.
