Food lovers and their families will be flocking to the town centre this weekend as the Wrexham Food Festival takes centre stage on Llwyn Isaf.
Organisers have promised a “bigger and better than ever” event and the news that 75 exhibitors will be showcasing their produce alongside cookery demonstrations by local and regional chefs and lots of musical entertainment for the whole family to enjoy is sure to bring a smile to visitors’ faces.
This year’s event will again be supported by free car parking in town centre car parks including Tŷ Pawb but not the the Guildhall which will be closed to the public for the two days.

Cllr David A Bithell, Lead Member for Environment and Transport, said: “We’re very pleased to be able to offer free parking for this event. It’s very important that we support local initiatives like this in a way that will help them practically, in this case encouraging as many people as possible to attend without having to find the money to park. I wish the organisers good luck for a very successful event and hope everyone enjoys the weekend.”
