We currently have two vacancies in our Adult Social Care Department for First Contact Advisors: one full-time (permanent), and one part-time (maternity cover).
These jobs are based in the Crown Buildings on Chester Street, and involve dealing with the public, service users, families, carers, and others.
This is by telephone, email, letter, and face-to-face as required.
There’s a couple of skills you’ll need to do a great job…
You’ll need experience of using Microsoft Office packages, but most importantly you’ll possess excellent verbal, written, numerical, communication and organisational skills.
