Emergency gas pipe work began on the road late in the summer, but works are completed and the road is now re-open.
Cllr David A Bithell, Lead Member for Environment and Transport, said: “We know this has caused inconvenience to many, but the work was essential. The Council has notified bus operators and it is hoped they will resume their normal routes as soon as possible.”
