There is a growing body of emerging evidence on the impact of the Covid-19 restrictions on children and young people aged 0-25. The Welsh Government want to support our future generation with their social, emotional, mental and physical wellbeing over the winter months.

Wrexham Library and Information Service has received funding to support these young people by providing relevant and age appropriate activities and will be hosting a Health and Wellbeing Roadshow on Saturday March 5th, 10.00am – 1.00pm, where health and wellbeing organisations will be available to provide information to children aged 10-25.

Information providers include Cahms, Declans Den, Freedom Leisure, Family Information Service, Info Shop, AVOW, MIND, Stepping Stones and more. There will be an opportunity for younger children to join a workshop with Xplore! The science discovery center, plus table top activities for younger children.
