How safe do you think young people feel in Wrexham? You have until July 14, 2026, to tell us!
Senedd yr Ifanc – Wrexham’s youth parliament – has published their fourth Voices Make Change survey and would like to gather the thoughts of as many young people as possible.
The survey asks young people how safe they feel when out and about in Wrexham city centre, and forms part of their ongoing project looking at ways to make Wrexham a safer and more welcoming place for all young people.
You can complete the survey on the Your Voice website.
Voices Make Change is Senedd yr Ifanc’s new way of including more young people from Wrexham in decision-making, gathering their views to support the work of the Senedd yr Ifanc.
Article 12 of the United Nations Convention of the Rights of the Child states that ‘young People have the right to express their views, wishes, and feelings on all matters affecting them’; so now, every two months, there will be a digital survey asking anything from a quick couple of questions to a full consultation.
Do you want to make sure you voice is heard as a young person in Wrexham? To hear about future surveys, you can join our mailing list by emailing youngvoices@wrexham.gov.uk.
