There’s an event on Thursday that aims to encourage us all to talk to others about mental health and how we can be helped and also how to help others.
It brings together mental health charities and organisations that are experienced and also very good at talking to and advising people on mental health matters.
The Time to Talk event takes place Thursday, February 6 between 11am and 2pm at Tŷ Pawb and everyone will be welcome.
