Whether you are self-isolating or social-distancing, we are already three weeks into ‘lockdown’ and these coming weeks could be a lonely time.

And while we often say that people need to spend less time on their technology, now is the time when it could save the day!

GET THE LATEST COVID-19 INFORMATION FROM PUBLIC HEALTH WALES

Whether you are using What’s App, Facebook Messenger, Zoom, House Party or any of many other apps available for video calling there are so many ways to keep in touch – so many of us are doing it already and it can be a lifeline for people who are on their own or are away from their families.

If you haven’t set up a way to video call your friends and family and aren’t sure where to start, this page can help you. It has guides on setting up lots of different video calling apps, which also let you chat as a group, as well as updates about Coronavirus, advice from the Samaritans and Age Concern.
