Less than 30 days to apply for EU Settled Status

Time is running out to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme!

If you’re an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen and you were resident in the UK on or before December 31, 2020, you and your family must apply to the EU Settlement Scheme to continue living in the UK after June 30, 2021.

You now have less than 30 days left to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme to ensure you can continue to live, work, study, access to free healthcare and benefits.

Applications are free and the deadline for applying is June 30, 2021. If your application is successful, you’ll get either settled status or pre-settled status, depending on the length of time you’ve been permanently resident in the UK. If you have lived in the UK for 5 years and over — you can apply for settled status, and if you have lived in the UK for less than 5 years you can apply for pre-settled status.
