An exciting opportunity

This training programme is an exciting opportunity for a young person wishing to learn
about working in the cultural heritage sector.

Trainees will spend 12 months in three different cultural heritage sites and will receive a bursary of £800 a month for every month of the traineeship (October 2019 – September 2020).

Trainees would be working towards an NVQ Level 2 Cultural Heritage qualification as
part of this traineeship, delivered on-the-job with support from Cardiff and Vale College.

To apply, you’ll need to be:

  • Aged 18-24
  • Not in education, employment or training

The three sites you’ll be working at are: Wrexham Museum, National Trust Erddig and Wrexham Archives.
