You might be searching for the right job, figuring out your next steps in education or maybe you just need some support to get you there.

That’s where Jobs Growth Wales+ can help. It’s a great way to boost your confidence and get a taste of work you might be interested in. You’ll also have access to free training, work placements and paid jobs with employers in your area.

What is Jobs Growth Wales+?

Jobs Growth Wales+ is a training and development programme that gives you the skills, qualifications and experience you need to get a job or further training.

If you’re living in Wales, are aged between 16-18 years old and are not in full-time education, employment or training you could benefit from Jobs Growth Wales+.

It’s a very flexible programme, designed around you. So, it’s a good option whether you want just a little help or more support with particular needs.

How to access Jobs Growth Wales+

All you need to do is get in contact with Working Wales. One of their friendly advisers will talk to you about the help that you need and what support is available.

If Jobs Growth Wales+ is right for you, you’ll be referred on to the programme. An approved Jobs Growth Wales+ provider will then develop and deliver a support plan designed around your specific needs.

If you’re still in education and thinking of leaving this year, you can also chat to your Careers Adviser about Jobs Growth Wales+.
