On Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 July, Waterworld in Wrexham is excited to welcome the local community to their open weekend which has something for everyone.  With free gym use and health checks all weekend it’s a perfect opportunity to kick start your fitness regime.

Fancy trying something new or want to improve your technique?  There will be an introduction to Spin, BODYCOMBAT, Omnia training rig, as well as lifting techniques workshops.  Friendly colleagues will be on hand to offer support and guidance to everyone, whether you are a gym regular or have never set foot in a gym before.

Have some fun in the pool with the kids, with pool inflatable sessions on Saturday and Sunday, can you race to the finish on the giant aqua run!?

Felicity Griffiths, General Manager for Waterworld Leisure & Activity Centre said, “Wrexham Waterworld is a fantastic facility right in the centre of town. We look forward to welcoming everyone to our open weekend and trying out the taster sessions we have to offer. We hope this encourages people into healthy lifestyles, of becoming more active, more often”

Freedom Leisure in Wrexham operate Waterworld Leisure & Activity Centre in partnership with Wrexham County Borough Council and can’t wait to see the community enjoying their fantastic leisure centre.
