If you’re a potential community grower or landowner and need inspiration about how to develop your land then go along to Tŷ Pawb on Monday, 20 March and meet representatives from Wrexham’s growing community.

The “Our Growing Community” festival is taking place between 1pm and 4pm to complement the current Horizon Garden exhibition and coincides with the spring equinox. Local groups and environmentally engaged artists will be showcasing their successes through imagery about what they’ve achieved and to share their experiences.

We will use the excess heat produced by the kiln to cook ourselves some warming vegetable soup while we monitor the flames carefully before quenching the burn with water. The resulting biochar can be mixed into the garden’s compost as required. Tending the kiln will give us time to chat about biochar and related themes in the roof top garden. Please dress for the weather! Rooftop Garden.
