We would like to remind our residents who are signed up to the garden waste collection service that collections are reduced during the winter period.

Reducing the collections during these months frees up staff to help us deal with any issues caused by the cold weather, such as gritting routes or general maintenance, and to collect any extra recycling that is generated.

Please remember, the three household recycling centres have garden waste skips should you need to use them.

It’s advisable to check sign up for our email alerts so you don’t miss any collections. You can also check your bin day which can help to keep you on track.

More information on the garden waste collection service can be found on our website.

When are my bins collected? Check your bin day and sign up for reminders.
