Local children’s author Chris Wallace Brown will calling in to Chirk Library over the October half term!

Chris’ stories are aimed at children aged 8 and over, but all children are welcome. So call in and hear about the Navidids – the characters who live on the Llangollen canal!

IF WE GET A BAD SETTLEMENT, WE’LL HAVE TO LOOK AT FURTHER CUTS. HAVE YOUR SAY…

Chris is a self-published author and started by making up stories to tell his children when they were young. He then wrote stories about funny things that happened to him when he was working on the canals.

Painting and micro-publishing are also among Chris’ skills and he will also be selling his books and crafts and donating to Wales Air Ambulance when he comes to Chirk.

This special session takes place on Friday, November 1, from 2.30pm and is free of charge.

If we get a bad settlement, we’ll have to look at further cuts.Have your say.
