A Programme Manager is a really important job…they’re the person who keep things ticking over, making sure that all aspects of the service are on-point, and in this case, that plays an essential part in the efficient running of our housing voids team.

So if you have experience in managing a housing team, meeting targets, and if you’re looking for a new challenge, you’re in luck, as we’re advertising for a Programme Manager to manage our in-house void refurbishment team.

COULD YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO THE LIFE OF A CHILD IN CARE?

This is a really exciting opportunity for the right person to join our Housing and Economy Department who are investing heavily in their housing stock…are you the right person?

The right person…

The right person will project manage our in-house team and carefully use our resources to make sure our empty properties are of the required quality and meet their targets.

They’ll have great people skills, and use these to continually motivate their team, plus they’ll have a proven track record of successful management.

Our Programme Manager will contribute to the direction of our service and support our Housing Repairs Lead in delivering plans and objectives…maximising productivity will be key to delivering a cost-effective and high quality service.
