Our Executive Board meets next Tuesday and the agenda has just been published online so you’ll know what’s coming up.
This month they’re taking a look at the Capital Programme, the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) including setting the rent our tenants will be asked to pay in the next financial year.
They’ll also consider granting a new 25 year lease to Penycae Football Club to obtain to secure funding in order to improve the facilities.
