You are invited to the Wellbeing Hub on Wednesday, June 28, 1-4pm, to find out more about mental and physical wellbeing.
The Wellbeing Hub, a partnership between Wrexham County Borough Council, AVOW and Betsi Cadwaladr, is situated on the ground floor of Crown Buildings in Wrexham.
Teams from Betsi Cadwaladr Health Improvement Team, Wrexham Family Information Service, Help me Quit, Re-engage and more will be there in the day with stalls and information stands, while Groundwork North Wales will be running activities and workshops. You will also be able to meet Wellbeing hub advisors, who will be there to welcome you and talk about what wellbeing means to you.
