You are invited to attend our next “Well-being Day” which will be held in Tŷ Pawb on Thursday, November 7 between 11am and 2pm.
Well-being is not only about our general health but also our mental health and this event brings lots of organisations together under one roof to offer you information about what they do and how you can access any support, help or information you may need to help you make the right choices for you.

Over 30 organisations are expected to be there – AVOW, Carers, Welfare Rights, Glyndwr University, Samaritans, Caia Park Health Team, BCUHB Wellbeing team and Public Health Wales will be represented but there’ll also be some organisations that you perhaps wouldn’t expect to see such as the Library Service, Volunteer projects, a Bowling Club, Country Park staff, Digital Communities Wales and Freedom Leisure.
“Is this event for me?”
All of us should be aware of our well-being, as it is changeable and affected by our day to day lives. Good well-being means not just our physical health, but also our mental health, feeling well, engaged, involved and happy. There’s all sorts of life events that can affect our well-being, sometimes feeling vulnerable and wanting to do something about it, which is why we are bringing lots of well-being organisations together under one roof for people to be able to chat to them and access lots of different information that may be helpful to them.
Don’t forget the date – Thursday, November 7 between 11am and 2pm at Tŷ Pawb.
