On Thursday, May 2, you will have your chance to vote for the North Wales Police and Crime Commissioner. That’s only one week away!

Please remember that this time around, a lot of things have changed about how you cast you vote.

To vote in person, you’ll need your photo ID. Before setting off for the polling station make sure you have your polling card and your official, accepted form of ID or Voter Authentication Certificate.

If you are going to vote by post you should now have received your postal vote pack. When you are ready to return it, be aware that you are no longer able to hand them to staff on Guildhall reception or at Contact Wrexham. Please put it in a Royal Mail post box. If you leave it in reception or the Guildhall post box your vote will be rejected.

You can find out more about the election, including information about changes to the way you vote on the council’s PCC election webpage.
