Two weeks at home can feel like a long time with nothing to do to entertain the young ones, but over the next few weeks we will be putting posts together with some great activities.
So, diaries at the ready…let’s start off with eight things to do that are free!
Monday, March 26 – Junior Gym. 11-15 year olds can start the week getting fit with a gym session at Gwyn Evans Leisure & Activity Centre. 4-5pm. Contact 01978 269540.
Tuesday, March 27 – Easter Bunny Trail. Start at the bandstand in Bellevue Park 10am-12pm and the Easter trail around the park. Contact 01978 763140.

Wednesday, March 28 – Sports & Games. Children aged 8-14 years can can come along to Bellevue park 1-3pm for fun sports and activities. Contact 01978 298997.
Thursday, March 29 – Fun Session. Come along to Chirk Leisure and Activity Centre 10-11am for a free fun session in the pool. Contact 01691 778666.
Monday, April 2 – The Grand Opening of Ty Pawb. Come and celebrate the grand opening of Wrexham’s new art hub, featuring a grand parade from Hope Street to Chester Street. Live musice all day, street food, choir, fun fair, brass band, children’s play area, firework display to end the day. Contact 01978 292093.
Tuesday, April 3 – Easter Story & Rhyme. Stories, songs and rhymes for the under 5s at Wrexham Library, 2-230pm. Contact 01978 292090.

Friday, April 6 – Free Swimming. Grab your Leisure Card and swim for free at Waterworld Leisure & Activity Centre, 2-3pm. Contact 01978 297300.
