Are you looking to progress your career? Maybe you’re looking for a complete change?

Following on from last year’s successful jobs fair, Wrexham Communities for Work Plus in conjunction with DWP are set to hold another one! This time it will be held in Wrexham Memorial Hall (Waterworld car park) on Wednesday, January 22, 10am to 2pm.

This jobs fair will be for anyone interested in a job, change of career or progression across Wrexham and neighbouring counties.

Staff will be on hand to offer support with applications, CVs, interview skills etc and the day will be a fantastic opportunity to meet employers in person and discover new job openings across the region.

Cllr Nigel Williams, lead member for economy, business and tourism, said, “Job fairs are excellent opportunities for anyone seeking work or looking for a change in career. Applying for a job and attending an interview can be daunting, but at this jobs fair you’ll find everything you need to build your skills and confidence.”

Everyone is welcome to attend, and to make sure you get the most out of your visit please bring along some copies of your CV.

Are you recruiting?

If you are currently recruiting in the Wrexham area and would like to book a FREE stand, please contact Juliet Davies on 01978 820520 or email juliet.davies@wrexham.gov.uk.

When are my bins collected? Check your bin day and sign up for reminders.
